Kieron To Edge Second Spot

Dancing On Ice – Next Elimination – Gary Lucy 11-10 (Blue Sq, Stan James)

It’s the final of Dancing On Ice tonight and value betting opportunities look somewhat thin on the ground.
Going by recent polls and what we have seen over the course of the series it’s very hard to see Hayley getting beaten, a reprise of Jai Ho expected to seal Outright victory for her and Dan.
The only question that remains is, who will finish runner-up. We are firmly in the Kieron camp on this one. He out-polled Gary last week, and also in his favour is the momentum Kieron has built up over the course of the series. He has improved more, is capable of a much more endearing performance, and has had the greater journey out of the two.
It will be a close call as to who is second on the judges’ leaderboard. Up on wires you sense Kieron will take to it slightly better, but Gary will likely still outscore him over the two routines. But we expect Kieron to maintain his superiority on the public vote which will secure him second spot.
So take the 11-10 Gary to be eliminated next with Blue Sq and Stan James.
With a certain score inflation usually taking place in the final, we also recommend taking the 5-6 with Blue Sq for Kieron to score 24.5pts or more reprising his favourite routine, which will be ‘Ever Fallen In Love’ from week 7, and the 5-6 with Blue Sq for Kieron to score 24.5pts or more for his flying routine up on wires.
Chris Fountain was red hot favourite to win back in 2008 only to be pipped at the post by Suzanne Shaw after two stunning final performances by her, including this spellbinding effort up on wires:

There is a tiny possibility lightning could strike twice, but Kieron will have to perform his skates off to topple Hayley. And if you took our earlier advice to back Kieron at 16s on the Outright and 7-1 to be Top Male, and Hayley at 7s on the Outright and 5-2 to be Top Female (already landed), you are poised for a nice return regardless.
